We use your information to respond to your enquiry, plan and deliver your care, manage your Support at Home services and budget, meet our legal and funding obligations, and improve our services. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

We share information only when needed: with the support workers and health professionals involved in your care, with government agencies as required for Support at Home funding and reporting, and with others where the law requires or you agree.

How we protect it

We store information securely and limit access to staff who need it for their work.
